Good and honest, with the best ingredients, Friedrich Münster and his team conjure up delicious, classic and modern dishes for you. For him, cooking is a passion and enjoyment of life's spice. When he first started walking, he was already jumping around in his father's kitchen, fascinated by what great things there were to discover in the pots. We are happy that he came back to the home cooker with a backpack packed full of fantastic ideas. He learned his culinary art from star chef Torsten Bode in Davos, the classically fine restaurant K. F. Scheich in Saarbrücken, which is run by his uncle, and at the Wellnesshotel Schalber in Serfaus, among others. He passes on his knowledge to our trainees with joy and patience.
