Dirk is a chef and Sabrina is a musician, and this successful combination is also meant to be reflected in their small, cozy restaurant in the future. The name "Memphis" already shows the love for American Southern cuisine and a connection to rock music.
The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, including freshly ground meat, homemade burger buns, and fried okra, all with homemade sauces and dips.
What is particularly interesting is that there will be a food special once a month to provide variety. The drink selection is also creative, featuring homemade lemonades, specialty cocktails, and American beer.
Music will also play a role in the future since Sabrina is a singer and several gigs are already planned in the restaurant.
