"St. Bartholomäus" church The new-Gothic parish church of St. Aldegund built in 1870-72 after the plans presente to the architect August Rincklake of Düsseldorf. Together with his friend, the painter Franz Pauly from St. Aldegund he was also responsibele for the plan of the interior decoration at the same time originate his plan for the high altar.The altar break off after the 2nd world war. 1864-66 the church renovated and the new-Gothic equipment replaced by a moderner eqipment more oriented on the thoughts of the 2nd council.
