Today's Treis Winery was built in 1580 as the summer residence of the Counts Boos zu Waldeck. We offer wine tasting, wine sales, consulting and serving in our courtyard from Monday to Sunday.

The listed half-timbered house is considered one of the most beautiful half-timbered estates in the entire Moselle valley. For 12 generations now, first-class and award-winning wines have been produced here from the best vineyards of Zell. In addition to steep-slope Rieslings, the range includes a very extensive selection of other grape varieties and wines. The Hofausschank is open from spring to autumn, and wine can be enjoyed in the historic courtyard, in the vaulted cellar or directly in the adjacent vineyard. Personal advice on wine purchases is a matter of course and wine tastings with commentary are also available by appointment. Come in...
