After several years of pause, there is again the opportunity for a special preparation for Easter this year. In the Kaimter parish hall, visitors can experience the events in Jerusalem at the time of Jesus up close from Tuesday, April 1st to Wednesday, April 16th. They can be there when the crowd cheers for Jesus as the savior and king, and shortly thereafter condemns him when his closest friends abandon and betray him. They can feel how Jesus suffered as he was humiliated and nailed to the cross. Finally, what is dark and painful turns into light and joy, because in the end, it is not death, but life that prevails.
With all their senses, children, teenagers, and adults can immerse themselves in a distant time during a one-hour tour and carry the joyful message into their own everyday lives. Registration is required. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.
